Why don't the gasket display boards ever have a head gasket? Any ideas?

Vellumoid. Never knew how that was spelled. It was a common use word for gasket material when I was a kid.

I have a real genuine Ford gasket board. As I recall without going to the garage, there is no place for a 4 dip pan gasket.

I hunted for many years (30 +) to locate an original Ford board !
The NACO is real nice also - so is the McCord.

Hi John,
You can see in the first post and the 9th post that the genuine Ford gasket boards had the head gaskets along the bottom edge.
Keep crankin'

Here is a gasket board I made that is 27 in wide and 48 in long utilizing Lang's poster as the base. I will donate an exact copy of this board without gaskets for the charity auction at the Winter Tour in St. Augustine, FL later this month. The space at the bottom right is for a container to hold felt gaskets when I find one that fits the 4 in by 5 in area.

This is my NACO gasket board without any gaskets on it. It is made later than Steve's, as it has a space near the bottom for the long valve cover gasket.

Thanks a lot guys. Now there is one more thing I have to add to my "gotta have it" list. I am Ford blue with envy!
