That is really cool. Perhaps you have seen the Armstead Snow Motor on a Fordson.

Besides the Aspen and Fordson version, I saw a YouTube video of a much larger one that was made in Russia. This link is not the same one I first saw but you get the idea and there is some snow at the end. The one I saw was larger to carry passengers.

There is also a company here in Australia that builds a similar machine for tailings management.

I thought I had seen a Model T version of this type of machine a few years back but it must have been the Fordson one.
