Does anyone have an idea on the uniform or the date of this picture/ or maybe the location? I just found it interesting.

Possibly a Royal Enfield bicycle ambulance. WWI. More of a stretcher carrier than an ambulance. Carry immobile patients on paved surfaces from one facility to another. Both allied and axis forces had specialized ambulances including those designed for horses including a hoist to lift the animals into the ambulance.
Why do we drive on parkways and park on driveways?

A bunch of old cars
Sometimes they run.
Sometimes, they don't.
