It looks like one wire wheel and one artillery wheel up front.

A ‘26-‘27. Odd the front wheels would have been mismatched.

Also has accessory front spring support with 2 extra u clamps over the front crossmember.

As the rear hubs on the large drum axle are wire wheel hubs, one could guess that a tire got flat, didn't have a 21" replacement handy in 1932, so to keep going just pulled the wire wheel front hub, off the spindle, and mounted an old used wood wheel, looks like 30 x 3 1/2 , but that would be approx the same outer dia. Just bumpy ride ;)
