Looks close to the model A but has longer tube, any ideas? Bob

I think it would be for the B engine between 32 and 34. Aftermarket, not sure that Ford supplied inlet with water heater hose connection on it. ?
I know the voices aren't real but damn they have some good ideas! :shock:

Quite possibly offered after market for the A as well. With the water pump and a in hose thermostat and outlet, a heater would have been a really popular accessory up here!!
Makes me think about acquiring a T water pump to make winter driving nicer!!

Here is what Mike's is offering today. I am guessing yours was an after market accessory.
Both numbers:B 8275-B and 18 825 (Connection, cylinder water inlet) (4cyl) Pass, Comm are listed as 28-34. I believe they are the same for all years and all Ford offered.
