Ford accessory Stop/Tail light parts ???
I'm looking for the reflector in the top stop light section. Is there anyone making reproductions? Or does anyone have parts available?

Re: Ford accessory Stop/Tail light parts ???
The only repo part would be the gaskets. Keep your eyes on ebay they sometimes come up missing parts. Looks like Dodge and Hupp used them so branch your search out to include them. The parts would be the same just different stamping or lettering on the glass.

Mark gave the best approach, better than searching swap meets, esp. since for a while no swap meets
A Dodge Bros. Hall mfg tail lamp was poor shape, housing outer rusted and damaged, but sold in Feb 2020.
But who got it for $51 looks like got a decent rim, both lens, can see the stencil inside the red lens, and likely not had the reflector too.
Used eBay to search, found it in the completed auctions sold, you can see the closed listing by typing in the # below:

Re: Ford accessory Stop/Tail light parts ???
Thanks everyone for your response but I was referring to the curved glass reflective mirror or silvered metal reflector that goes behind the stop light bulb.

Re: Ford accessory Stop/Tail light parts ???
Yes so was I. You will have to get a parts light to get the parts to make one out of two.

Re: Ford accessory Stop/Tail light parts ???
I had mentioned in the other thread that my dad had a 1927 Hupmobile with the same but Hall tail light.
I should have also mentioned that, six years ago, I had a Dodge Hall light but sold it on eBay.
Note that the reflector was missing but the interior was painted white.
White paint can be a temporary fix until you locate a reflector, Dodge or Hupp light for parts or a complete Ford script light.

It might be possible to make a temporary one from a CD-ROM. I only spent a few minutes to see if it was possible. Cut the CD with a hot knife then laid it across a dish, use a heat gun to melt it down for a curve.
The CD had some printing on the back and that is what the reflection is showing through

Re: Ford accessory Stop/Tail light parts ???
If you have the reflector and the problem is the reflective silver take same aluminum foil ,crunch it up than straighten it out and form it over the old reflector . this will make your tail light shine bright. Cheers Colin

Re: Ford accessory Stop/Tail light parts ???
In a phone discussion with a fellow t-owner I will look into using a headlight reflector and using its curves cut a shape to fit behind the stoplight bulb in the combination tail light. I'll let you know of my progress

Bob, I sent private message or email (can't remember which). I may have one to spare, but it probably isn't shiny.

Re: Ford accessory Stop/Tail light parts ???
The plan to use silvered headlight reflector was canned since the metal is really substancial and difficult to shape into light housing. Still looking for an original reflector. Next thought was to use the reflective surface of the inside of a soda can,,,, will have time tomorrow to start that route.
