Depends on quality, whether it's been rebuilt and who by, are all parts correct for the year, original or repro parts, junker drug to every swap meet in the country, etc.

The correctly rebuilt ones from people who know what they are doing will bring close to double that and I've turned some down for $500.
I'm sure Russ has done that, too.

Remember that Kingston made a lot of different models similar to the Ford one. They are worth a third of what Ford models are.

If you want good fresh Oats for horse feed they are expensive. If they've already been run through the horse they are considerably cheaper is an old saying that's still true.

If it is all complete and unmolested by somebody it should be worth that Canadian. That's about $1100 US, which is about what a nice core is worth. It also depends on the year, the early ones from 1909 with no choke in the inlet are not worth as much as the later ones with the choke. IMHO
