These 2 gentlemen on the air were the first man experienced a defibrillator. I would like to thank's them for their discovery.

I think they were more influential in providing inspiration to the inventor of the electric chair.

Mr Burger should like this one! Since those are likely telephone wires, the voltage will be fairly low, and generally harmless to a human being. Of course, tangling in them and falling onto the road in front of a coming race car could have deleterious effects on one's health. Tearing wires down during a fall could also result in undesirable aftereffects when the repair crew arrives.
Sort of like a giant game of "cat's cradle"?
