Out here in Montana where the winters are long and cold, the summers are short and hot and spring and fall are a combination of both not only on a day to day basis but an hour by hour basis a lot of the time, somebody years ago decided to make a cab for his tractor from a TT. Did a nice job on it. I think the tractor is a McCormick Deering 15-30 but I'm not sure. Somebody that knows tractors of this era probably knows.

A friend of mine that knows I like T's sent this to me today, he ran into it while cruising ebay but since it is apparently against the rules of the powers that be or the powers that think they be to post any link to ebay, I won't post anything here, you'll have to search for it if you want to see more pictures or get more information.

It's located about a hundred miles north of me.

I see 2 TT C-cabs in the background...

There are at least two C cabs, maybe more. He has a lot of stuff for sale, I think. I didn't really take much of a look at the listing. There is a lot of stuff like this still sitting around in Montana.

Gotta love that Montana rust. Thanks Stan. Dallas knows I have a western TT cab I’m building a crusty tow truck out of. With the high cost of paint, it’s not even needed if you get one of these. It’ll gather more interest at a show, if that’s your thing. I hope someone saves that unique thing and gives it love. This was our forefathers ingenuity on display.

In the late thirties MM came out with an enclosed cab tractor. Many farmers of the time considered it a sissy thing, and it did not sell well. A generation later that attitude had changed.

Some magical things happen under that Big Sky. That is really cool.

That tt cab on the tractor is very nice. I would sure like to see some of the other stuff out there too!

I sold that Model A at an auction in Havre about ten of so years ago.
The guy that has all that stuff on eBay people think is so over priced stepped up at about $15000 to outbid the guy that was going to strip it down to get the 31 sport coupe body.
It is, I think, still in his collection.
He did some research, found who built it, etc, interviewed the 90 year old daughter? niece?
It is very well done.
I got it running for the first time since the 50's and we drove it through the ring.
It was built to haul mail in eastern Montana.
