A picture would help to start a discussion.
Anyone else having problems. I put two on the 09 in January and they are still fine.

Tony, I've installed several recently with no problems
Glenn, like Tony asked, pictures or at least more information would be helpful. You have been advertising for a '13 and now are installing 30 x 3 tubes so presumably in clincher non-demountables, but you also mention not on the car. So the info we have is very incomplete and confusing to me. If you have metal stemmed tubes and say the stems are blowing out...that's pretty difficult to do unless you are airing them up unconstrained or without bridge washers.

Glenn - At the risk of being called "spelling police" or some other sarcastic name, I'd like to make a request:
I'm guessing that you post from a "smart phone" which makes it more difficult, but even so, I'd respectfully ask if you'd attempt to use punctuation in your posts? Very well written, however, the addition of a period and space at the end of each sentence, and perhaps starting each sentence with a capitol letter would make your otherwise, very well written posts much easier to read,....thanks,.....harold

I mounted a 30X3 tube last week in an original wheel using original Schrader parts. No problems at all. Don't use reproduction parts. They are not correct. The 30X3 1/2 uses the same valve stem.

...find nothing wrong with rim need help other side went on good...
If that means what I suspect it means, that you're prying on one side of the tire and then the other, I'd suggest using the method Allan describes here: https://www.mtfca.com/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=12013.
