I am no expert on the Canadian Ruckstell tags. I think the oval tags were attached to the later axles.

Pictured below is the original one that is on my 1924 Ruckstell axle.

I have 2 big drum Ruckstells, one of each tags.

I will make a couple of the oval ones for my own use anyway.
The method does not particularly scale up for volume production.
The process;
1. Make a digital drawing
2. Print on a plastic sheet in a laser printer
3. Transfer the ink to a piece of brass sheet
4. Etch the metal
5. Cut out and polish

I will take one

I have seen both styles here in California.

I could really use one. The tag on my Ruckstell is the same as the picture you posted but is in poor shape.
