Does someone know what this is, a frend of my found it in the ground in a field here in holland some time ago

Face of a model T hub cap, the rest of the hub cap is missing.

Not lead, zinc.

I was going to suggest that it was from an ambulance of the Great War, but the Netherlands were neutral during that conflict and was not adversely affected by the War like Belgium, to the south was. Jim Patrick

After a short search, apparently Ford only used zinc hubcaps in '25... so that narrows it down
When in trouble, do not fear, blame the second engineer ! 8-)
