I found a nice aluminum skinned door with all hardware and original paint. There are no dents or tears in the aluminum It is wood framed. Please have a look at the pictures and share your thoughts please. The door has glass in it, door handles, and lock. It is 24 inches wide by 48 inches tall. Thanks, Mike

It's a Model T aluminum bodied right front door. The aluminum bodies were made in '23 and the doors changed to steel in the middle of the '24 model year, I think but others will correct me if i'm wrong.

I am pretty sure that Keith is right!
See? You don't have to be wrong to get a response.

My guess would be '23 Fordor also. Steve Jelf has one and might check the dimensions if he gets time. Coupe doors are a similar width but I haven't heard of aluminum doors on them.

Yes, 1923 Fordor, right front.

Thanks. I bought the door assuming that someone can certainly use it since it is very nice solid condition with all of the hardware and glass. I am thinking $100 with free delivery to Chickasha.k

It is really nice to see the similarity in the two doors. It leaves no doubt in my mind what the original door panels look like. We don't always see good evidence like this.
Thanks
Rich

Many years ago Bruce (RIP) told me that the front doors and the Coupe door where identical. However the early Fordor were made of aluminum whereas the Coupe and later Fordor were steel.
However both doors on my 1924 Coupe are aluminum. Bruce responded that he was correct and both doors on my Coupe must have been replaced.
I often miss Bruce and sharp wit
