60T 8P Stewart gear for mounting to hub with hub bolts

This is going on the disk wheels with spacers on my 21. Did Stewart make a 60T 8P Stewart gear for mounting to hub with hub bolts like the AC, not mounted to the spokes or machined hub type?
I have a John Mansfield gear that mounts to/with the hub bolts, but it has 58 tooth count. Maybe I could use the JM gear, 2-1/2:1 swivel, Stewart speedometer with a different tooth count driven gear?
Understanding that it would be ball park, tires sold today are oversized anyway so it would be off even with all the same brand of parts.
I have seen a couple of gears that mount to the outer flange area of the hubs, but they use something like 1/4" bolts and stand offs without enough material in the area to re-drill to 3/8" to mount like want. At this point in the project would be be hard to get it centered using the 1/4" mounting bolts without a jig like the Stewart used for mounting to spokes.
Using the bike type speedo would be an option, but not the direction I am wanting to go right now.

I believe Stewart made such a gear. It should be pictured in Russ Furstnows book.

I will check the book again as I didn't see one. Wasn't this book updated or are we talking about different books, I have the one put out by the club.
