Early Clutch Slip Ring - Newer Drive Plate

Post by fbergski » Thu May 07, 2020 5:11 pm

Unknown to me newer clutch drive plates do not have the keyway cut into them as the early clutch drive plates have. I had to use a newer drive plate for my 11 trans rebuild, the clutch slip ring has a slot for a keyway. The question is can I still use it or get a later slip ring?

Thx
