Front crossmember

Another thread is discussing a front valance, so maybe someone can tell me what this crossmember is for. I’m pretty sure the rusty one is TT truck. As you can see, the black one is about 3/8” lower at the engine mounting point. It has a large ford script, so later, but car or truck,or.....

Can’t say about the crossmember Tim....
But that manifold shore looks familiar.

From the encyclopedia:
Beginning about March 19, 1919, the “Ford” logo began to be imprinted on the front cross member.
Beginning in June 1920 the front cross-member was made of heavier steel.
The front cross member on the '26 and '27 Ts are different from the '25 and earlier frames. They are made to accommodate the '26-'27 front fender irons.
