Commercial Bodies for Ford Cars

I have this 1916 Sears catalog and this is the listing for bodies. I am curious who the company was that built them?It says shipped from Evansville Ind.

You can go to Martin Parry .com and check the dealer catologs for body numbers. MP was made in Indiana also. It says " shipped from Evensville IN." Worth a shot.

Hurcules Body Co. And Hurcules Buggy Co. Was in business in Evensville IN. In 1916.
Grahm brothers were building truck chassis about the same time in Evensville.

I grew up in Evansville and at one time there were several body mfg there, besides the Hercules bodies there was Graham Bros trucks and Briggs had a large plant there in later years they produced Plymouth bodies.

Jackson Auto Trailers was another of many offering those trailers. Their wheels were that wagon type.

Well, I am no expert, but that express body sure looks a lot like a Martin Perry. Neat stuff there.
