Walker hose clamps
I need a set of Walker hose clamps for my 1909 touring.
I spoke to Steve at Lang’s and they have none in stock and little chance of new stock. They have some of the tooling but they believe it’s incomplete.
So does anyone have details of the design so I could have a set fabricated. I looked at the picture on the Lang’s web site and I’m not quite sure how they worked.
Any information would be most appreciated.

Doc Shanabrook- Walker hose clamps
Doc Shanabrook in Tiffin, Ohio had them made. You’re on your own to track him down. Engine Joe Bell is a friend.

Re: Walker hose clamps
Snyder's in Ohio has them listed. Given the price I'm sure some are available. I image they would lace about the same as nylon ties
The past is a great place and I don't want to erase it or to regret it, but I don't want to be its prisoner either.

Re: Walker hose clamps
As I mentioned earlier I had checked Lang’s but I had not checked Snyders. I just called and they have a set, that saves a great deal of effort. Thanks guys.

Re: Walker hose clamps
How do you keep them from leaking? I had a set of original style hose clamps but they would not get tight enough to seal so the hose leaked. I had to change to modern ones.

Re: Walker hose clamps
A bit of silicone inside with a modern clamp till its dry, then install original type. Has worked for me. Slide originals on the hose before installation.

Re: Walker hose clamps
What Dallas said. The silicone also makes it easier to remove the hoses when necessary. Dave
