oval exhaust pipe deflector
Has anyone ever seen or used a deflector for the oval exit end of the cast iron end cap type muffler? Pictures might help. I need to get the exhaust away from the juice brake line that runs over the top of the axle going to the rear disc brake caliper.
Thanks for any help!

I have the stainless steel one available from Lang's - you have to manipulate the mounting a bit but it's keeping the exhaust off my spare !

Re: oval exhaust pipe deflector
Canadian mufflers had a deflector riveted in place as standard. I make these for the mufflers I reproduce. Sorry, no photos until I can work out how to post same from my Phone.

Here are types available from Lang’s. The later style works great on my ‘27 touring

Hello
I don't mean to highjack.
But this is related.
Which deflector should I use for my muffler?
Pardon the picture

Re: oval exhaust pipe deflector
You're welcome. You might/will have to manipulate the retaining band a bit to get all to fit just right - it does move the exhaust !
