I have been dealing with them for about 30 years and have found them to be friendly, and very helpful. One time I bought from them an aftermarket windshield channel and when I tried to install it, I found it was bent. Rather than try to straighten it myself and possibly damage it, I took it in and they fixed it so it fits perfectly. Hopefully, they will continue in business for many years to come.

Ed Archer introduced me to Glen Chaffin I think more than 40 years ago! I have met Mark and his wife a few times at Bakersfield. I have never bought a lot of stuff from any of the vendors (usually too broke to buy good stuff that way). But when I do, for most of 40 years it has been Chaffin's. Dave always treats me like a close friend, helps with any questions, and always takes really good care of my order.
I know that Snyder's and Bob's as well as several smaller suppliers are also really good. But for me, being on this end of the continent? I usually call Chaffin's.

I've only spoken with Dave a few times over the years but he has always been super super helpful.

We are starting to see the holes in our supply chain as folks making parts decide to hang it up. Be grateful for those who made them, and for those who continue.
