If it is a cut off touring they put a “correct” runabout top on it can’t see the side well enough to tell for sure.

That old guy is standing there for a reason.. must be hiding a not so well executed fit of the box to the body

Nice photo Herb!
Still using his gas headlights with a Victor carbide generator.
The"hook" type water indicator and vertical tank clamps clearly visible.
