I have never meet so many kind, generous, diversity of backgrounds, in people as I have meet thru this club! The over all impression is the car first, keep your ego at home, “Hey, check out what I found out” attitude! I am looking forward in meeting more of you in the future! I am very humbled and proud of the day to day operations and ethics within in the leadership too!
We have an AWESOME club!

Re: I CAN HONESTLY SAY...,
Your sentiments are right on track. I've lost track of the great people (there's been so many) I've dealt with through this forum and the MTFCA in general.
I've spoken with you on the phone, through email and on this forum and you've always been a pleasure to speak to.
Looking forward to one day meeting you in person Hank.

Couldn't agree more Hank; People of all ages, different walks of life, varied amounts of experience and knowledge, and all focused on a common goal. The best site ever.

Re: I CAN HONESTLY SAY...,
I feel the same way. Thanks for mentioning it.
So many good values and attitudes from the hay day of the Model T era. I'm glad they haven't been lost.

When did I do that?

Re: I CAN HONESTLY SAY...,
This is the only forum I am part of. I dont have FB or any other media. You guys always have the info I need in a very short time. I have had the good fortune to meet several of you and enjoyed every minute. I read some other forums from time to time but do not join in. Sometimes there is no activity for weeks on the others. What a great bunch of people! Even Mr Kete has a special place here. I hope to meet him one day also. I am thankful so many of you collected and saved parts for the future. Guys like me that didnt wise up and got into the game late can still find parts because of you. It feels like a family with a little bickering now and then but like family its short lived.
I look forward to updates on projects and how to's every day. Lets keep it going.

Re: I CAN HONESTLY SAY...,
This and one other little haunt I hang around are the very best on this planet.
Really interesting people gravitate towards these spaces. And some of the nicest people.
Dallas, could you imagine meeting the Perry Keet! What a hoot! Or a squawk!
Denny, that was priceless! I really needed that belly laugh today.
You're correct Hank! IF I have an ego, I leave that part out and show my dumb bell side instead, if I can.
Look at what I just messed up... kind of thing. For me, more of a blessed idea to be fiddling with these things. OT or not.
Just did it on the other hang out. Messed up a 1/4 x 1 x 4-3/4 flat piece of old wagon wheel-hub steel that I had saved.
So I called it a prototype! True.

Re: I CAN HONESTLY SAY...,
Well said Hank!!!! Dallas, you need to start hunting ducks and geese back here. It's much warmer then than it is during coyote season. I still have a lot of stuff that I just know you need. Dave
