Flange is off!

My primitive way of removing a rear wheel hub flange did the trick this morning.
Posted this problem several days back, with great suggestions.
Since I don't have a blow torch, I heated the assembly in a bucket with a fire for about 20 minutes. Next a nice cool down with the hose, followed by several whacks with the mallet.
Mission: accomplished.

Heat..............the great equalizer! I never thought of a bucket and fire........with that line of thought, a barbecue would work too!

Good job, and we're looking forward to more posts on your progress.
