That looks like a ‘26-‘27 steering column bracket in really bad shape. It fastens to the left frame rail with 3 bolts and the brass bushing slips over the bottom end of the steering column also encompassing the spark and gas rods.

I found a picture of the 1926 T932 on the "Ford Fix" site..... I've never messed with a '26 - '27, I didn't know they had such a short bracket. I'm not planning on using it for anything. The one flange is pitted pretty bad, it has been floating around in my box with steering brackets and just wondered what it was used on. Thanks for your input.

Yes, it's shorter, and it also brings the steering column shaft closer to the frame than earlier brackets do. This accommodates for the wider bodies used in 26/27. They're not for use on pre-26 cars.

In actuality there’s 2 styles of this bracket in the last 2 years of T production. The rarest only fits the 4 door and chassis. The other style fits all the other body styles of 26-27. Just a tidbit I’ve learned from this Forum
