I saw this photo a few years ago. There is a follow up photo with a sign saying that this car won the hill climb.

Appears to be a photograph of Mr. Kessler (?) at the wheel of a 1910 Model T - Stock Car-$1,200 and under.
The races were sanctioned by the American Automobile Association and the Model T raced in the
"price" divisions of the Stock Cars.
Saturday, 30 July 1910, races reported in the Sunday news.
Ford wins without glass front, top and muffler...

Mark has just posted the "Winner" photo below so now we probably know the Mr. Kessler that drove that 4 Car!
Just 110 years ago in three days
The races were sanctioned by the American Automobile Association and the Model T raced in the
"price" divisions of the Stock Cars.
Saturday, 30 July 1910, races reported in the Sunday news.
