The radius rod and the transmission pan say yes, it's a T. I wonder how she got in and out of that thing in those clothes?

Carefully ?
Interesting frame extension swells to the width of the body. Looks like parallel elliptical springs on the front end. Neat speedster with a lot of style !

Neat. My first thought is always...."is that thing sitting in an old barn somewhere?"

I wanna know how she reached the pedals...?

. Look at where the hogs head is... she musta had legs longer than the lamp in the Christmas story!!!
Lots of neat little tidbits...
• Hand brake lever bent around to reach back a foot
• The front axle might be pushed out... suicide, or maybe Laurel brackets
• I thought it was a body skirt at first... but you can see the 3 running board bracket rivet holes in the flared frame rails
• Frame truss rod bridges over the hand brake pivot bracket, then disappears to some unknown attachment in the rear
• High mounted, single headlight. Wasn’t it FIAT that did that...?
• And one realllllllly long hood

T lower pan. This settles it. It's T based.
Why would anyone run that second flywheel of a transmission if they didn't have to says it all... to me, at least. Look under the car (like everyone up until 1950 at least) for the answer...
T lower engine pan = Ford T.

Kevin, I had the same thought. Perhaps the pedals had the same foot long extensions. If that's the case, they went to a lot of trouble to make that long hood look like it was covering a 6 cylinder motor. Sort of reverse 'sleeper?'

I changed the bands out in a Mercury body T w/no door - good thing I was 25 years younger - couldn't do that now !

Either they're under the hood in back, or take the body off. Probably was pretty light.

Bryan- changing the bands on that thing would be easy- just take the hood off! Thanks for posting that Tom.
