Im finally finishing the rear axle and differential of my ruxlsetll but I need to know what sizes of cotter pins are used throughout the car and namely in the rear axle? Also is there different sixes of cotter pins for a ruckstell? Thanks.

The table is great, but if you didn't have the table the rule would be to use the thickest pin that will fit in the hole with enough length that the ends can be bent over. Cutting down a pin that is too long is OK. :)

The only thing I would add is that the pin needs to be a snug fit in the hole to properly keep things together. I have found that a 7/64" pin works a lot better than the Ford-standard 3/32" in 95% of the places requiring it.
