Battery charging from the magneto

Post by Rjackson » Wed Aug 26, 2020 6:18 pm

They have had a charger that could be wired to your mag post to charge a 6 or 12 volt battery. No one has them any more. Does anybody know where to get one. I am looking for one that will charge a 12 battery. Thanks

If you can't find one ready made, you could make your own. :)

Ron, Have you contacted John Regan. He recently just made up a perfect solution and location to mount it and had them available?

His latest design is the best of all and is most simple to connect to the bat and mag posts. Check it out

Ron, If you look back up to the picture of Johns charger there is a link to another discussion. If you go there and scroll down to the bottom you'll see a post from John. It's easiest to contact a p[oster when you simply click on their name and you can send them a note directly.
