End of an era

End of an era. My 1909 has been sold and is on its way to a new home. I believe he will look after it the way such a unique car should be looked after for many years to come.

Sad, really. I was hoping you would keep for several years yet. You did a wonderful job making this car so much better than it was. I was thinking how nice it would be for you to get some more enjoyment from it. But I am sure you know best. And if it has moved on to a caretaker that will appreciate all your efforts? That in itself is a wonderful thing.
