The MTFCI Judging Guidelines, 7th edition shows a "Straw" wire wheel color that is Ditzler 526. That's the closest thing to a yellow in the table.
This web page shows cross references for that color code, it shows the Dupont equivalent to be 43353.

Several years ago I asked the question to the PPG archives. Their recommendation was Ditzler code 82172. For Deltron single stage paint this would translate to DCC 82172. This color was used on 1974 to 1978 Toyotas with Toyota paint code T528.

The Dupont color code would be 43334 and is darker than the 43353 color code.
