Ken Looks like an early Wards Trailblazer. More and better photos showing details would help identify it for sure. Also measure width and diameter of wheels and count number of spokes and bull gear teeth. Do you have roller pinions? Glenn

From what I see I agree with Ken. Its a Montgomery Ward. "Trail Blazer" The wheels should have "PERU" cast into the hubs. I think I see the "roller opinions" in the photo. A better photo of the pinion and also the diameter of the wheels will narrow down the date. It is most likely a late 1930 to 1931 conversion.
