Generator gasket question

Post by TheSaintDiscJockey » Mon Oct 26, 2020 2:47 pm

I am reinstalling my generator. Is there anything I should apply to the gasket where it bolts on to the support mount? A sealant of some kind, or just bolt it on?
Many thanks in advance for your advice ☺️!

Using a little grease on it to help hold it in place helps but not necessary. I’ve done with and without.
