If so, does it have the serial number stamped on the frame like the car frames do?
The inevitable often happens.

-Steve-
Our '26 TT has the serial # stamped on the top of the frame, passenger side, inside of the passenger door, I was able to trace it to 'build date' of April 26, 1926. Ironically, it has a replacement engine dated April 26, 1927. Dash pod is rectangular, so there apparently were some earlier parts still being 'used up'.... Hope this helps.

I have not been able to nail down the exact day of the build, but mine was
tossed together in January, 1926. It has the serial number on the frame where
Marv describes. Interestingly, the frame number is one off from the engine
number.
