Hi, looking to confirm dates on my cylinder head.
I see 11th of September or 9th November
Hoping it will be correct for early 12 engine,
or could it be 1911.
Thanks in advance,
Michael A

You could safely say an early 12 but if 11/sept and the 12 started 30/sept 11 in USA, it would be a big ask to be a 11 considering to get to Canada then to Australia, I'm sure it would be released here as a 12 year model.

To find an early head that is a good one, I would not care of the day and month, you are lucky to find one at all!

If memory serves the earliest no Made in USA heads did not have the reinforcement post near the outlet. Check with Trent Boggess re dates.

The 1910 head has several points that are on 1910 or 1909 heads only. The head onKim Dobins 191o isillustrated on line. That head is the same as the one on my 1910.
