I need to learn more about Model T bodies! Where do these brackets go, what do they do, and what years were they used? Thank you for your kind help.

They are touring rear fender irons. 1925 and earlier. I do not remember how early, and Im not home with my books. Maybe someone can give the time period. Yours are the cast style, so they are early "first generation" of that style rear fender iron. The later "second generation" of that part was made as a "stamping" of flat plate. The two styles look alike and function the same. The major difference as to "looks" is the stamped steel version has a "seam" down the top of the round rod part of the bracket where the plate was "rolled" into a round rod.

I'm sure I will be corrected. A parts vendor lists some new ones like that for 1913 to 1917. A later version was rolled from plate rather than cast. Here is a disagreement from 2017.
