Building my pan table

I've been working on these for a few weeks, and it's coming together well. My neighbor made an awesome drilling guide on a scrap piece of 1/2" thick aluminum using CNC equipment; it has the 10 locating pin holes, as well as 5 holes I can use to mark the center reference lines and two for the tail shaft. I've got all of the holes drilled 1/8" right now, hopefully I can use a mag drill this weekend and enlarge them to finished size. What's really cool is I can reuse the drilling template.
I used drill bits as shims to square it up to the table top the way I wanted it, then clamped it and drilled away. There is a guide on the side of the jig, but my table has flame cut edges so the shimming was expected. All in all it's coming along nicely.
