Points for battery horn

Post by Mark Gregush » Tue Feb 26, 2019 9:45 pm

Others may be in the same boat so I am going to ask here. While I have a couple of ideas how to fix them, does anyone redo them or sell them? or even suggestions. I am thinking about punching out a couple of silver disks (from silver dime) and solder in place of worn contacts? We did that with a set of Morris Minor points when I could not find them.
I know the voices aren't real but damn they have some good ideas!

Try Larry Rose in Wendell NC. He’s the owner of Moonshine County Antique Auto Horns. He has been in the old horn business for years and may have pieces or parts you need.

Mark, I have a large bag of new silver contacts that I bought at an auction a few years ago. When I get back home this weekend I’ll post a picture of them... if I don’t forget. 😁
