Ok so I have the Miller re-wooding plans for 1915-22 touring. My concerns are the front and rear pillars on ether side of the front seat. The 1923 body parts book shows 1915-1921 and the 1927 body parts book shows 1922 to 1925. Does anyone know what the differences might be? Height or curves? The wood in the body now, while somewhat "there" might not be good for patterns. At this point any wood I put in will be 1000 times better then what's there now, so if it is off a little I can live with that. Closer would be better. If it's a height thing, I can adjust for that. I know there will be fitting involved, so wondering about basic shape between the years.

For the pillar's they are 21" approx tall on the later touring, that is the length of the pillar, the sheet metal would give you the finished height.

Mel's plan, laid a measuring tape along side the full size template of the wood plans.

The 23-25 bodies are similar. 19-21 bodies are similar and early brass cars had several changes prior to 15. 26-27 had much less wood than the earlier ones. You need the pattern for the actual car you are working on. Note, there is some overlap during 1922 and 1923, so a car registered as 1922 could be earlier or later and likewise 1923 could have a 1922 type or 1923 type body. I am not sure about overlap on other year models.

Thank you Dan, I check my plans and it is the same. That is the only piece that came from another touring body that I can reuse if needed.
