Well that's a new one on me. I never saw or heard of one.
I did find this:
Bimel.jpg
"When wagons / buggies / automobile wheels were made of wood
there were at least two companies that produced these ... who also advertised with dice".
There also was a Bimel car.

When did I do that?

Thanks, that would explain the filled-in extra lug holes. So they must have been the same size as a model T. Crazy. This particular rim is in great condition.

Further examination reveals creative use of JB-Weld or similar to fill in the lug holes. The bolt hole pattern that was looks identical to the Bimel wheel in the picture so I can only assume that I somehow am the proud owner of a Bimel wheel.

Ignacio, The print ad for the Bimel car says that the tire size is 32 x 4 , ( 32-8=24 fello, 30-6=24 Ford front wood nondemountable fello ), so your fello is same diameter as Ford nondemountable but is for a different wheel tire combo. Is the hub a production Ford front hub? The redrilled fello has a round hole that would require a certain type lug bolt with a flat side against the fello like some Chevy wheels used. You are going to have to check over the fit of the rim you plan to use on this wheel and compair it to your other wheels. For your safety the rim must fit on the fello correctly and the demountable lugs must fit the fello correctly. You also want to make sure that your spair tire wheel will work on all 4 wheels. The Bimel 2 25 probably means that the wheel was made in Feb 1925 but it could mean the 25 th of Feb of unknown year or mean ?? If you don't know tire and wheel size back in the day measured out side diameter at tread by the tire side wall measurement so 30 - ( 3+3 )= 24 Ford nondemountable wood fello front wheel in inches.
I would say that this wheel is not going to work but if the Breml fello measure is 23 inches it might match your demountable rims ok.

I am taking suggestions on what to do with my beautifully white painted Bimel wheel that doesn't fit. Some ideas:

1) Make it a table!
2) Boat steering wheel.
3) Mouse ferris wheel.
4) Drain cover.
5) Melon strainer.
6) Weapon of some kind.
7) ???

Absent finding a Bimel car, which seems unlikely, I suppose you could obtain a Humber Super Snipe and use the orphan wheel to make a nifty 50's-style continental kit for the Humber. A well crafted continental kit featuring a wood-spoke wheel would add a custom flair than could hardly be beaten to an otherwise somber Humber Super Snipe saloon.

Ignacio, Your could make a shop clock out of your extra wheel. Get a big battery clock with long enought hands to look correct and mount the
works centered where the hub is.
