The young woman and her out-of-work-musician husband in the last group of photos get around. The first time I saw her in a photo was in one of Loren Sorensen's books about 20 years ago. I saw a different photo of her last year on Facebook.

Number 4 is interesting! I wonder how the Touring was started with the wheel crank or if it disengaged! Surely it did.
Also the new T in the dealership left it’s usual spot under it. T’s Mark their spot!

It's amazing to me to see in most of the old pictures how slim the adults were! Nothing like many adults today. They must have gotten a lot more exercise than we do today!

That circular device is part of the Sandbo starter, there is a pull handle inside the driver's compartment.

The #4 car with the starter also appears to have fork mounted electric headlights. Late 14 or aftermarket conversion?

I think a lot of them were just plain underfed. Those were some real tough times, even before the depression. The cute girl in the top photo of the last bunch was lucky, looks like the bullet missed her. Thankfully.

The 5th one down boasts "Serial no. 9776 Continuous use since 1908 .... by ... Garage Middleton Idaho". The body and top look like replacements. The "$290" price would make the photo seem to be taken in 1925. Interesting promotion.

Well, my car is #9267 dating from Aug 17 1909, so I think they're slightly over-egging the pudding.
