What Speedo Cable Do I Have?

Post by ModelTWoods » Sat Jan 16, 2021 12:15 pm

1/2' housing. Head end presses into the speedo head (like a early model Stewart 490) and is held by a bracket attached to the head. First photo shows wheel end. Second and third photos show head end.

Think it might be an AC brand cable.
I know the voices aren't real but damn they have some good ideas!

Hello Terry,
You have a Cable that fits a 30/31 Chevrolet.
If you measure the length I could tell you if it fits other years. I believe the 1930/31 Chevrolet speedometer was an AC as Mark said.

Hello Terry, Stopped at the shop on my way to church and checked in the book. That cable and housing fit a 29 to 31 Chevrolet.
