Is there a restoration shop that can work on pre-war high wheeler vehicles in the midwest area (Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, Illinois, Wisconsin)?

If you are talking IHC (International Harvester) highwheeler, for engine work, contact Wendell Kelch in Bethel, OH.
