T-403B timing cover

Yesterday I found this casting in my shop. The oil filler is located a bit differently. So what era is it correct for? Or is it RHD drive?

Reproduction of the early front plate for the small dia. 2-piece timer case of 1909. Part #3009, Factory # T-403B. Used ‘09-‘10. (after the first 2500)
