Keith: Where do you buy that stuff? I have dozens of 13-14 hubcaps I would like to do. I've always painted the centers, but it doesn't stand up to polishing very long.

Thanks Keith, I purchased a pint of blackening concentrate from Caswells on the advice of the Coil Doctor.
