Do rajo head make my T more reliable or less. Do I have to be a master wrench turner to install it? Is the head just a pain?

Has nothing to do with "reliability" - they're made to go "zoom-Zoom" ! Anyone that owns a Model T to begin with should be a half-ass mechanic anyway and if becomes "too much of a pain" - send it my way !

It’s not that a RAJO head is not reliable, but replacing a slab of cast iron with a collection of moving parts can make a difference. I have run three different RAJO heads and other than oiling rockers there isn’t any real increases maintenance.

The most reliable T’s are the most stock ones. Performance
upgrades come as a trade off with reliability. My mostly stock cars go decades without major work. Our unlimited class T hill climber goes about five miles between rebuilds.

A Rajo head will not make a T engine more reliable, but it will expose the engine's weaknesses, if any exist. Can be kinda like asking a middle aged couch potato to run a marathon.
