This is the Speedster in the upcoming Montana auction. I know it is of interest to Speedster guys and some would like to see these.

I asked the auctioneer to send them to me so we could share them. I have no connection with the sale. He felt there might be complaints if he posted them. It is sad if we miss out on wonderful things we like to see.
I hope these are enjoyed.

Thanks Stan. The video was a treat not to mention the great music. I know many that can't make the auction and are pleased to see those items and the beautiful Montana area.
John, The flyer says "North & East of Shelby, Mt 40 miles or 25 miles North of Galata..." That would be close to the Canadian border as I see it. Stan mentioned 500 miles from Helena.

In the third picture of the dash bottom left corner ,what is that switch with the T handle. I have found a unit like it but I can't figure it out other than I would say it's from the 20's

Shelby is on I-15 about 35 miles from the Canadian border, south of Lethbridge, Alberta.
The auction is on highway 343 which turns off the Interstate at Kevin/Oilmont 15 miles north of Shelby and runs east and south until it meets highway two 25 miles east of Shelby.
The auction is a little over 235 miles from where I live in Helena. It is a 500 mile round trip, not 500 miles one way.

There is also a Model TT truck, another TT to rebuild and quite a few fenders, radiators, several engines and a big drum ruckstell still under the wagon it's been under for who knows how long.

I'm not 100% sure, but it looks like one of those chassis made into flat bed trailers has a Ruckstell in it.
My grandfather, who was born in Montana, said if you go to places like that (shown in the video), you better carry a picture of a tree with you so you'd have some scenery to look at.

The welds on those headers look like some of mine.

Colin, I'm thinking it may be a type of circuit breaker. You press down to complete the circuit. If you get an overload it trips and cuts power. Better than a fuse.

I spent some time looking for information on the above switch. I couldn't find anything about it. There is lettering or a logo but not clear enough to read. If anyone knows what that is or could take a better photo at the auction I would certainly appreciate it. It's one of those puzzles that would be nice to know more of.
Thanks

Thank you for starting this Rich. Neat speedster!
I thought Colin was asking about the tee-handled one below.

T handle! I was on the wrong track as I often am. Sorry. Maybe I should be in the ejection seat
I have become obsessed by the toggle switch though.
Thanks for the comments.
