Weaver axle stand

I picked up a Weaver axle stand at a local swap meet on Sunday. Tried looking up the model that I have and all I was able to find is the more deluxe version made by Weaver. does anyone have any factory or information on this model?

I saw that stand too, Tom. It looked a lot simpler than other Weaver stands I've seen.
