If it is "street legal" it would be cool to own and drive one.

That photo of it in the container looks a lot like the photos of Ts shipped in crates back in the day.

It should be noted that the Chinese claim NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR TRADEMARKS OR LICENSING.
Also, you can't file a lawsuit in China unless you are a Chinese citizen, so only a lawsuit by a Chinese citizen can proceed. All others are dismissed.
If they get a letter from FMC, they will laugh and throw it away.

Just wait until we have people who buy one of these, um, "things" and decide it's a real T...

Discussed before; $6,600.00 - $7,250.00 in 2018 The company also makes golf carts and what you might call shuttle cars. State & Local Municipalities laws vary on if and where golf carts can be used

The past is a great place and I don't want to erase it or to regret it, but I don't want to be its prisoner either.

I like it but will not purchase one. I don't play golf and I also suspect that getting parts would be a nightmare.
The Chinese manufacturer used the Ford name in the advertisement, but I doubt that Ford can do much unless somebody from the USA buys one. I think that Ford could require that the U S purchaser buy a license. I'm not a lawyer, but I don't think that a person can knowingly buy a product that is sold under an existing corporation's brand without the permission of the trademark's owner.
