Thanks for any ideas. It's going to be in a thread and I'd like to be sure about the make and model.
Thanks,
Rob
What is it? Maybe 1912 Packard? Maybe 30 or 48?

It is most likely a 1911 or 1912 Packard Model 18. The Model 18 was discontinued in 1912, so most 1912s are basically 1911s. The visual difference between a Model 18 and a Model 30 is the hood length-this car has a shorter hood. Of course, the Model 30 had a larger engine which accounted for the longer hood.
The 1911/12 Model 18s came with either all brass or nickel/black trim. They are great driving cars...
Here is a 1911 Model 18 runabout that is currently for sale. The runabout was built on a special, shorter wheelbase chassis than the tourings and limousine/town cars.

The past is a great place and I don't want to erase it or to regret it, but I don't want to be its prisoner either.

Thanks guys. I sized the acetylene tanks on the two cars, as well as back wheel, (Model 18 and mystery car), and then compared (although if it a Model 30, my guess the roadster had smaller wheels/tires, but I don't know anything about Packards).
My guess is it's a 30, but it may indeed be an 18. Beautiful cars. The owner of the car I posted once drove a six cylinder Ford, along with many other cars.
The 30 and my unknown car:
