Interesting delivery body I came across on EBay. I’ve seen the rear door mechanism/latch before on other delivery bodies before. I have no connection to the seller

Looks like a 26-27 roadster turtle deck replacement add-on commercial body.

Could be, has the cut-away for the runabout tub. Here's an old pic of accessory enclosed panel on an Improved runabout.

Latch mechanism like this one on my cab Mike.
It’s looks the part.
